It sometimes happens that a participant does not receive a confirmation after registration, but is simply registered. Send an email to info@uspcampusrun.nl so we can check it for you. If you are registered, we will ensure that you still receive the e-ticket at the e-mail address you provided.
Search your mailbox for an email from “Utrecht Science Park Campus Run”. Can’t find the mail? Send an email with your name and address details to info@uspcampusrun.nl. We will look up the tickets for you and send them again to the e-mail address you provided.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to submit your discount code retroactively
It is not possible to get your money back. However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. In that case, please send us an email.
Yes! We have a baggage drop-off point where you can safely drop off your belongings during the event.
This is no problem at all. Send an email to info@uspcampusrun.nl with your name, reference number & the desired distance you want to run. We will then cancel your old ticket and send you the new ticket by e-mail.
